En ce sens, il est ind\u00e9niable que personne n&rsquo;est mieux plac\u00e9 qu&rsquo;eux pour identifier les probl\u00e8mes existants au sein du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif et proposer des solutions viables et adapt\u00e9es au contexte. En effet, la l\u00e9gislation et les instruments juridiques qui r\u00e9gissent le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur ne font pas de la participation des \u00e9tudiants une obligation. Le cas du Mozambique ne fait pas exception :<strong> les \u00e9tudiants ont soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;absence de m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;engagement permanents, ce qui limite l&rsquo;appropriation du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9tudiante.<\/strong> N\u00e9anmoins, les efforts et les r\u00e9formes men\u00e9s par l&rsquo;agence nationale, la CNAQ, pour impliquer les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur sont reconnus.   <\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<p class=\"kt-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_cc2342-91\">Ce d\u00e9fi n&rsquo;est pas propre au Mozambique. Dans plusieurs pays africains,<strong> la r\u00e9sistance des institutions \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation des \u00e9tudiants et \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels persiste<\/strong>, malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;existence de cadres juridiques favorables. Dans certains pays, les m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 n&rsquo;ont m\u00eame pas \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s, comme c&rsquo;est le cas en Guin\u00e9e-Bissau. Un tel sc\u00e9nario affaiblit la construction d&rsquo;une culture de la qualit\u00e9 inclusive et compromet la qualit\u00e9 des solutions mises en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes ainsi que leur ad\u00e9quation avec le contexte local. <strong>La future PAQAA aura donc la responsabilit\u00e9 historique d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des normes continentales qui reconnaissent les \u00e9tudiants comme des partenaires institutionnels<\/strong>, plut\u00f4t que comme de simples exemples de bonnes pratiques.   <\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8 mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<p class=\"kt-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading6666_c145d9-b8\">Un autre aspect pertinent mis en \u00e9vidence lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation externe concernait le lien entre la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enseignement et l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Les \u00e9changes avec les employeurs ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s form\u00e9s localement poss\u00e8dent une solide compr\u00e9hension du contexte national, mais sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la composante pratique de leur formation. Ces structures disposent d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de mobilisation, d&rsquo;une l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 sociale et d&rsquo;un savoir accumul\u00e9 susceptibles de <strong>renforcer la mise en \u0153uvre des cadres africains d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9<\/strong>. La mise en place d&rsquo;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me panafricain d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 efficace, l\u00e9gitime et durable d\u00e9pendra de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique et significative le point de vue des \u00e9tudiants. Valoriser cette participation n&rsquo;est pas seulement une question d&rsquo;inclusion ; c&rsquo;est une condition essentielle pour garantir que la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur
