Please read thoroughly these three documents, which contain valuable information for your agency/ministry to successfully complete the review process.
TIMELINE
Individual meetings will be held between the HAQAA3 coordinator and each agency/ministry between April and November 2025, during which the calendar of the exercise and the terms of reference will be agreed upon. All agencies/ministries undergoing a review in 2025-26 are recommended to start working on the self-assessment report as soon as possible, independently from whether they have already been contacted by their review coordinator and signed the ToR or not.
The duration of a review exercise is of approximately 14 months:

You can find below examples from recently produced self-assessment reports. You can take inspiration from them in order to assess what kind of information to include under which section and how to structure it.
These reports are confidential and only made available to agencies undergoing a HAQAA3 review in 2025-26: please do not publish them or share them with any external parties.
